What to tell us

• The property address and roughly how large the home is
• Your closing date, so the CL-100 lands inside the lender's window
• Whether you need radon, sewer scope, pool or any add-on
• Who should receive the report besides you, such as your agent

Before we arrive

Have the utilities on. Power, water and gas need to be live for the systems to be evaluated. Clear access to the attic hatch, the crawlspace door, the electrical panel and the water heater. If pets are on site, let us know so nobody gets a surprise.
